Hi, I'm Kelly!

I’ve been baking and decorating cakes since I was just 12 years old. After experimenting at home for years in my parents' kitchen, my interest in creating luxury cakes really started to develop whilst I was studying Textile Design at University.  Since then, I’ve been able to turn my passion for baking into a career – and Kelly’s Cakes was created in 2016.
 

Working from my home in West Sussex, I'm passionate about creating edible works of art that reflect your unique style. I specialise in designing cakes with stunning textures, fresh florals and elegant metallic accents, bringing a contemporary yet timeless touch to every celebration. For me, cake isn't just dessert - it's a centrepiece, a moment, and a memory. The story your cake tells should always be a beautiful one.

By day, I work full-time in Financial Crime, a challenging and detail-driven field that I'm passionate about. My cake business, however, is my creative outlet. My way of balancing the analytical with the artistic. It's where I let my imagination run free, turning beautiful ingredients into show stopping designs.
